Pemberton Transition Service is a 6 bedroom unit located close to the centre of Bradford, which provides a semi-independent living service to care leavers both male and female of all backgrounds between the ages of 16-18. There are local amenities nearby including local shops, supermarkets, and ethnic foods supermarkets. We are within walking distance to Bradford College and Bradford university, and also the city centre, bus station and train station.
